Today begins our third year of our "KO has your Back" School Supply Drive! 
When we started this Back-To-School Drive, we wanted to give back to our community, while also rewarding our patients for giving back as well. Donations earn each patient KO Rewards points and the top 5 donors will receive a $100 back-to-school gift card! Along with the gift card, the top 5 donors will receive a nomination of a teacher, of their choosing, that will receive a tote full of supplies for their classroom! Our drop-off donation location is our Portage office. We're excited to do this again for our community!
