Dr. Bowman attended the annual AngleEast meeting. It was a special one for him as he had sponsored Dr. Elliott Moskowitz (Editor of Seminars in Orthodontics) for membership in this honorary organization.

Elliott completed his requirements and was welcomed as an active member. Always great to catch up with the international cadre of orthodontists in this unique organization.

Also pictured, Dr. Birte Melsen from Aarhus, Denmark, who I consider the godmother of mini-implant anchorage.

41st International Conference on Craniofacial Research

Dr. Bowman was invited to give a lecture for the 41^st International Conference on Craniofacial Research (better known as the Moyers Presymposium) at The University of Michigan.  This was his 3^rd time speaking for this gathering of researchers and orthodontists.  The Moyers Symposium has been a unique meeting to discuss and debate the science of facial, skeletal, and dental development with colleagues from around the world.

WE ARE KALAMAZOO! These "We Are Kalamazoo" shirts will be sold at Saturday's Kalamazoo Wings hockey game with 50% of sales going to the Help Now! Fund. 

Long sleeve shirts will sell for $24 and the short sleeve version will sell for $19.
