OrthoAccel Announces Charter Members of its Key Opinion Leadership Group: Dr. S. Jay Bowman
OrthoAccel Technologies Inc, Houston, the maker of AccelDent, has named 6 orthodontists as charter members of its new OrthoAccel Key Opinion Leadership Group.
The advisory group will provide OrthoAccel with direct feedback from orthodontists and advise the company on how to deliver effective treatments and outcomes for patients. The six charter members of the group were selected by OrthoAccel because they all distinguished themselves as "world-class clinicians and sought-after lecturers" in orthodontics, according to the company.
Dr. S. Jay Bowman is one of the 6 named to the key opinion group for AcceleDent. Jay was announced as their Clinical Consultant one year ago as AcceleDent was introduced into the U.S. Market. He was the first private U.S. clinician to incorporate the device into practice and began a prospective evaluation of AcceleDent and molar distalization in February 2012.
